High-risk merchant account review

High-risk merchant accounts, built around your business.

A useful processing review starts with what you sell and how customers pay. Cybin helps high-risk and hard-to-place businesses explain their model, find relevant processors in our network, and compare the written options available. Start with your business details; documents are requested later if needed.

Free review. No commitment. No documents required to start.

How does Cybin help with a high-risk merchant account?

Cybin is a merchant-services consultancy and sub-ISO. We help describe the actual products, customers, billing and fulfillment, prepare the information a provider requests, and review fees, reserves, limits and funding conditions. The processor or acquiring bank reviews the application, decides approval and supplies the account. Cybin does not hold merchant funds or make the underwriting decision.

Your products need a specific review

Explain the full catalog, customer locations, sales channels and any relevant permissions. A category label, research-use notice or business license alone does not establish provider acceptance.

Payments were restricted or stopped

Keep the provider's notice and explain what changed. We help assess options for future processing. A replacement account cannot release funds held by another provider or undo a prior decision.

Your billing or volume needs more context

Subscriptions, high-ticket orders, wholesale invoices, advance payments and seasonal growth need a clear funds-flow and delivery explanation. Show what customers agree to and how refunds and support work.

Compare the agreement your business will actually use

Business acceptance
Confirm the provider accepts the exact products, sales channels, customer markets and payment flow, with any restrictions written down.
Processing charges
Use the same monthly volume and transaction mix to compare percentage charges, per-transaction fees, monthly costs and other agreement charges.
Reserves and funding
Keep withheld cash separate from fees. Review release conditions, payout timing, permitted deductions and circumstances that can trigger a hold.
Account capacity
Check approved monthly volume, largest ticket, seasonal peaks and the process for requesting a change. Forecasts are not approved limits.
Checkout and recurring billing
Confirm storefront and gateway compatibility, ownership of saved-payment data, migration permissions and the responsibilities of each provider before switching.
Service and exit terms
Review reporting, reconciliation, support escalation, agreement duration, cancellation and any fees that apply when the account closes.

Start with your business details

The initial application does not require documents. These details help Cybin understand the options worth reviewing; the provider may request supporting records later.

  • Your website, complete product or service catalog, business customers or retail buyers, and locations served.
  • Current and peak monthly volume, typical and largest payment, billing frequency and delivery timing.
  • How customers authorize purchases, renew or cancel, request refunds and contact support.
  • The current processing issue, existing gateway and any written account restrictions. Supporting documents can follow when requested.

Questions before you apply

Can every high-risk business get an account?

Availability depends on the actual activity, customer markets, complete application and provider policy. We do not publish approval percentages or promise an account. The processor or acquiring bank decides after reviewing the file.

What does the review cost?

There is no cost or commitment to request Cybin's consultation. Processing charges and other account costs depend on the provider's written agreement. Cybin may receive compensation from partners when a merchant chooses to work with them.

What happens after I send my business details?

Cybin reviews the model and processing needs, discusses relevant options, helps organize requested information and explains the next step. A provider decision, account activation and live processing are separate milestones; none should be assumed from an application alone.

Can I compare options without a quoted rate?

Yes. Start with business acceptance, capacity, integration and support. Request the full fee schedule and funding conditions in writing before deciding. Leave unstated charges marked unknown rather than treating them as free.

Do high-volume or B2B merchants fit this service?

B2B and high-volume businesses can request a review. Explain invoice sizes, payment terms, customer types, delivery and any third-party funds flow. Cybin's enterprise priority is established businesses processing at least $500,000 monthly, with $1 million or more the preferred fit; this is a service priority, not an approval promise.
