Ask for the full fee schedule, funding conditions, approved products and limits, gateway requirements, and cancellation terms. The processor or acquiring bank decides acceptance and final account terms.
How the calculation works
For an invented offer on $100,000 in monthly sales and 500 transactions: a 2.5% charge is $2,500, a $0.30 transaction charge adds $150, and monthly charges of $25 plus $10 bring the entered processing charges to $2,685. That is 2.685% of sales. A separate 5% reserve withholds $5,000; it is not added to processing fees. These figures illustrate arithmetic, not available pricing or an account recommendation.
