Cybin Enterprises is a payment-solutions consultant and broker that connects merchants with third-party payment processors and acquiring banks. We are not a bank, lender, payment processor, or money transmitter. We want the businesses and owners who use our website and secure application portal to be able to access our information and services, and we are working to make our digital experience usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies.
This statement explains the steps we take toward accessibility, where we know limitations still exist, and how to reach us if you encounter a barrier or need our information in a different format.
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines are an internationally recognized standard for making web content more accessible to people with a wide range of abilities.
We describe this as an ongoing effort, not a finished result. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 AA across our public website and application portal, but we do not claim to be certified or fully compliant. Accessibility is something we continue to work on as we build and update the site.

Despite our efforts, some parts of our website may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. In particular, certain third-party content or components, and some older (legacy) content, may not meet the standard in every respect. Where we identify such issues, we work to address them over time.
